Whilst you may not come face to face with our customers, you will be one of the unsung heroes who work behind the scenes, ensuring our delivery crews are loaded up and ready to deliver the ArrowXL promise.

Your role will include:

  • Unloading Vehicles (ensuring all goods received are as they should be)
  • Taking responsibility for returns and the returns area
  • Processing returned goods using HHT (scanning goods back into the warehouse)
  • Separation of goods into the correct cages

  • Taking accountability for your colleagues and your own Health and Safety
  • Following all policies and processes following SSOW (safe systems of work)
  • Communicating with other departments within the depot
  • Experience of working within a busy warehouse operation
  • Computer-literate, as you will need to use our warehouse management systems (system-specific training will be provided)
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise activity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve the way we do things
