Arrow XL is looking for a Transport First Line Manager for our Wigan depot, where you'll be empowered to make a real impact within our 2-person home delivery operation, in a supportive, collaborative environment where continuous improvement is encouraged.
In this role, you will lead a team of colleagues, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant operation of our transport function.
You'll lead and develop teams, embed a positive culture, and drive high levels of engagement, accountability and performance across the operation.
