Delivery Driver in Chapelhall

As part of our Transport team, you’ll be delivering and sometimes installing items like fridges, TVs, and furniture. It’s a hands‑on role that requires care and a determined attitude. In return, you’ll be welcomed into the ArrowXL family, where your hard work is truly valued.

Compensation

• £12.85 per hour
• 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:45
• Delivery Bonus - Earn 55p per drop for every delivery over 140 per week

Key Tasks

• Take full accountability for your vehicle while representing ArrowXL and our brand to the highest standards
• Deliver customer products with your colleague, ensuring all items and packaging are free from damage
• Deliver orders directly to the customer’s room of choice
• Assemble and/or install customer products (full training provided for installation services)
• Keep customers informed throughout the delivery process, working as a team to ensure clear communication
• Address and resolve any customer questions or concerns that may arise during delivery

Required Qualifications & Experience

• First‑class communication and customer service skills
• A valid licence to drive a 7.5‑tonne vehicle
• Completed Driver CPC training
• Possession of a digital tachograph card
• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
• Willingness to undergo a mandatory DBS criminal record check
