Technical Lead Engineer – Remote (with 1 day/month in-office) – Up to £130,000 + Bonus & Benefits

We’re looking for a Technical Lead or Hands-on Engineering Manager to join and lead the UK engineering team. This is a hybrid role that blends leadership, people management, and deep technical contribution. You’ll play a central role in building new products and features on a modern codebase, shaping product direction, and contributing to both architecture and hands-on development.
- Technologies: .NET 8/9, React, Azure, and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Collaboration with DevOps, Product, customers, and global teams (including a team in Bulgaria)
- Frontend: React, Typescript
- Database: SQL, Cosmos DB
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Azure-based infrastructure
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager in startup or scale-up environments with .NET and modern web technologies.
Product-focused, ability to build and scale customer-facing software in an iterative, impact-driven way.
Bonus: Experience working with global teams and in acquisition/integration scenarios.
Bonus: Experience working on a SaaS product.
UK Engineering Team: 5 engineers (plus a team of contractors), with plans to grow.
DevOps: Small, cross-functional team supporting all projects.
Competitive base salary: up to £130,000. Bonus 10-15%. Private healthcare coverage. Company pension scheme.
