I'm working with a fast-growing Frontier AI Lab based in London that's building an open-source platform unifying structured and unstructured data to improve simulation, optimisation, and automation of real-world systems. Their Founding team has previously exited for billions of dollars.

They are hiring a Tech Lead (10+ years of experience with TypeScript and Rust) to set architectural and team direction.

This is a player-coach role. You will be the senior technical owner for a broad and interconnected surface area, while helping the engineers working within it do the best work of their careers.
