We are scaling and building a team of consultants who are passionate about placing the best candidates within technologies including data, AI and machine learning. Following our success in our core markets, we are expanding and are looking for experienced permanent recruiters with ambition to join the team.

The Role

  • As a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal Recruitment Consultant you’ll lead your own permanent or contract desk, building relationships with new and existing clients and placing the best technology professionals whilst cross-selling opportunities across the wider group.
  • Develop business opportunities within target clients/sectors.
  • Conduct business development activities to drive new business sales.
  • Offer recruitment and talent solutions to clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with the other brands within Majar Group.
  • Connect with high-level candidates within your specific technology specialism.
  • Build networks and talent pools with active and passive candidates.
  • Develop a strong personal brand and knowledge within your sector.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a 360 recruitment role.
  • Strong grasp of business development and winning new client partnerships.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing processes.
  • Strong billings and evidence of working to financial targets.
  • Experience across Software Development, Data, AI or machine learning.
