Security Project Manager – 6-Month Contract £600–700/day (Inside IR35) Hybrid – 1–2 days/week onsite | London or Southampton Start ASAP Overview We’re working with an agile, data-driven organisation made up of four distinct business units, all currently undergoing significant transformation. They’re looking for a Security Project Manager who can lead cross-functional teams, coordinate a wide range of initiatives, and ensure delivery within a complex and fast-moving environment. This is a 6-month contract that will see you take ownership of planning, leading, and delivering high-impact work – particularly focused on CI/CD implementation, Agile delivery , and stakeholder governance. You don’t need deep security expertise , but you should be confident managing Agile teams within a technical, DevOps-heavy environment. The Role Drive delivery across squads focused on security and data services Operate as both Scrum Master and Project Manager – working with SREs, engineers, and developers Implement and govern Agile frameworks , ensuring best practice across squads Ensure coordination across multiple workstreams, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholders Help standardise ways of working, leaving behind clear CI/CD pipelines and procedures Work closely with senior stakeholders – strong communication and soft skills are essential Join a large, well-resourced programme with a strong delivery team behind you What They’re Looking For Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum teams in technical environments Strong coordination and leadership skills across multiple teams and stakeholders Ability to hit the ground running and operate autonomously Experience in CI/CD implementation and improving delivery frameworks Comfortable content-switching and adapting to multiple business units Familiarity with DevOps , security programmes , or data services is a bonus A pragmatic, people-first mindset – culture fit is key Additional Details Large transformation programme – 10 additional hires incoming Mostly remote , with 1–2 days in the office depending on location/team needs41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
