Arrows is seeking a mid-senior BI Engineer to join a small, high-impact team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, shaping and delivering a Power BI roadmap and integrating multiple systems into a scalable BI ecosystem. This role sits at the heart of BI and FP&A, working across forecasting, profitability, HR analytics and migration projects.
You will build and optimize Power BI data models, develop DAX measures, manage multi-source data in Databricks, ensure secure access with RLS, and document models.
