Base pay range: Technical Support Specialist II - Desktop support - paying up to Β£160 Inside IR35 - London (Hybrid) - part time - 3x a week in office.

The role: You will deliver hands-on and remote technical support for end users, proactively monitor device health, and help streamline support processes using automation and AI tools.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing in-person and remote support for laptops, operating systems, applications, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Proactively monitoring laptop health.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Using automation to reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Responsibly using AI tools to triage tickets, draft updates, summarise logs, and maintain knowledge articles.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and user education.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (3+ years in technical support).
  • Strong experience with Windows and macOS, Office 365.
  • Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting experience.
  • Active Directory knowledge.
  • Awareness of ITIL practices.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
