We're working with a high-growth UK tech scale-up to find a Senior Developer Experience Security Engineer - someone who builds security into the platform, not onto it.
You'll bridge DevEx and SecOps, shaping the defaults, tooling, and guardrails that every engineer relies on daily. Think IAM patterns, secrets management, CI/CD security, SIEM detections, all at scale, all without friction.
You’ll need:
- Strong Security Engineering background
- Solid AWS cloud security experience (containers + IaC)
- Familiarity with SIEM, WAF, IDS/IPS, MITRE ATT&CK
- Bonus if you have ever worked in DevEx / Evangelism
