- Leading requirements gathering, feature elaboration and backlog refinement activities within agile delivery teams
- Facilitating PI Planning sessions and supporting feature breakdown into well-defined user stories
- Translating complex business and data requirements into actionable technical deliverables
- Supporting data-driven initiatives across reporting, analytics and platform transformation programmes
- Strong experience as a Technical Analyst or Business Analyst within Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments
- Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and defining Definition of Done
- Data warehousing
- Big data migration projects
- Good SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases
- Ability to document sophisticated business logic, rules and transformations
