Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross-functional teams across more than one organisation
- Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting
- Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end
- Experience building microservices on container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
- Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working
