We are working with a high-growth, PE-backed professional services organization launching its UK operations and building a technology-first environment from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced IT Operations professional to design, implement, and own the entire UK IT function, working closely with senior leadership and international teams.

The Role
You will be responsible for establishing and running the UK IT environment, ensuring the business is fully operational for launch and scalable for growth. This includes:
- Building and managing Azure infrastructure and M365 environments
- Defining identity and access strategy (Entra ID)
- Owning security operations and cyber hygiene
- Managing device provisioning and IT support processes
- Overseeing vendors, MSPs, and software licensing
- Supporting rollout of core business systems (CRM, HR, Finance tools)
Requirements
- Strong experience with Azure & Microsoft 365 (tenant-level ownership)
- Experience in greenfield, startup, or spin-out environments
- Ability to operate hands-on while shaping strategy
- Strong understanding of security, identity, and IT operations best practices
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
