A growing digital agency is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help build cutting-edge web applications and digital products. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys working with both front-end and back-end technologies, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Build and launch web applications from start to finish.
• Work with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS to create fast and responsive products.
• Lead technical projects, guiding other developers and ensuring high-quality code.
• Collaborate with designers to turn creative ideas into functional, interactive experiences.
• Solve technical challenges and optimize performance, security, and scalability.
• Manage deployments using Vercel, AWS Lambda, and other cloud tools.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and deliver great results.

What You Should Have:

• Strong experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.
• Knowledge of serverless architecture, AWS services, and third-party integrations.
• Ability to work independently, lead projects, and mentor junior developers.
• A portfolio or examples of web applications you’ve built.
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
