I’m hiring 5x Engineering Managers into a utilities business going through a large scale business wide transformation.
Initially 6 months, outside IR35. £700-£750 per day. Start ASAP (latest 1st June). Remote, UK.
- Technical, hands-on background a must have to be able to give architecture input, review PRs (we are open to your previous stack, they are Typescript & AWS).
- 100% hands-off roles; no tech test, no pairing with engineers.
- Instil engineering culture (ie. DevOps, CI/CD, DORA, etc) and lift morale, need folks who can be people focused.
