We’re looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to join a large-scale transformation portfolio within a regulated infrastructure environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring transformation initiatives are successfully adopted across both frontline and corporate teams. You’ll lead change, readiness and engagement activities, working closely with programme teams to embed sustainable change and maximise benefits realisation.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering end-to-end change management and business readiness strategies
- Acting as a trusted advisor to programme and project teams on all change-related activity
- Conducting change impact assessments and training needs analysis
- Partnering with SMEs to develop training materials, process documentation and guidance
- Establishing and leading change champion / change agent networks
- Tracking milestones, risks, dependencies and mitigation actions
- Supporting internal communications and stakeholder engagement plans
- Measuring adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives and adapting approaches as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering change management within complex, multi-stream programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels
- Experience developing training, readiness and adoption plans
- Solid understanding of programme governance, risk and dependency management
- Track record of supporting large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Experience within regulated industries or asset-heavy organisations
- Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or operational transformation programmes
