As we continue to scale our business, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our Client & Product Solutions team. The role plays a key part in driving capital-raising initiatives and developing investment products that align with market demand and our strategic priorities.
This role demands a strategic and data-driven mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to execute investor-related activities with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, results-driven individual with exceptional stakeholder management and project execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and support fundraising strategies, conducting market research, investor outreach, and preparing tailored materials to drive capital-raising efforts across Arrow’s investment platform.
- Assist in structuring and launching alternative investment products, ensuring alignment with investor needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Oversee investor communications, including quarterly fund updates, performance reports, and presentations, ensuring transparency and alignment with the firm’s strategic vision.
- Manage investor due diligence processes, coordinating data room access, investor queries, and legal documentation in collaboration with internal teams. Ensure investor reporting adheres to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Analyse and present fund performance metrics, maintaining investor-focused data to support decision-making and capital allocation.
- Enhance CRM systems and investor databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and automation to improve investor servicing and engagement.
- Work closely with investment, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to optimise investor engagement, product development, and reporting processes.
- 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, asset management, and/or capital markets.
- Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Proven fundraising expertise, including investor due diligence, capital raising, and fund structuring.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to articulate investment strategies clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively build and manage internal and external relationships with limited oversight.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to market trends, investor engagement, and capital formation.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of executing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, investor databases, and reporting tools.
- Fluency in additional European languages advantageous, though not essential.
