The role supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Group’s core Finance platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), ExFlow, Anaplan, BlackLine, and Power BI. The postholder will act as a key point of support for Finance system users, helping resolve queries, maintain controls, and contribute to the delivery of a modern, efficient Finance systems landscape. The role also offers exposure to automation and AI-enabled solutions, supporting approved initiatives that improve reporting, controls, user experience, and productivity, in line with governance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong interest in Finance systems, business systems, or technology within a Finance environment
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and structured problem-solving ability
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working with data, including basic data analysis and interpretation
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance and Technology teams
