Can you create and deliver inspiring training to a diverse set of stakeholders?

Are you willing to travel nationwide, including overnight stays, with a full UK driving licence?

If so, ArrowXL is looking for a Regional Training & Development Lead to join our team, based at our Worcester office. You will be empowered to make a real impact within a collaborative environment.

As our Regional Training & Development Lead, you will turn business needs into clear, practical learning solutions that help colleagues succeed from day one. You will design and deliver engaging training, support smooth onboarding, and work with stakeholders across the business to ensure a consistent learning experience.

You will analyse skills gaps, maintain accurate training records, and continuously improve programmes through evaluation and feedback. With travel across our sites required, experience in logistics or MHE training is a bonus, but above all, we are looking for someone who can coach confidently, communicate clearly, and champion a culture of continuous learning.
