Warehouse First Line Manager (AM Shift) – Enfield
40 hours per week, on a 5/7 rota. Working hours: 07:00 – 15:30. £17.34 per hour. In addition, you will receive these great benefits:

We are recruiting for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our busy warehouse in Enfield, leading a team of warehouse operatives on the Night Shift to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities include resource planning, leading the team in offloading, put-away, picking, and loading processes, managing stock quality, and developing staff. You will also be responsible for making prompt decisions, managing resources, and ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Ideal candidates will have experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment, knowledge of people management issues, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to analyze data for continuous improvement. Knowledge of JDA WMS is a plus.
