Responsibilities
- Process stock within the warehouse, working on spreadsheets and updating as necessary.
- Attend daily Network Teams calls to ensure no disruption to customers' orders.
- Control and allocate work within the warehouse.
- Resolve concerns that may occur day to day.
- Monitor progress, keeping line management informed of any operational issues.
- Input data onto various systems.
- Create booking references linking the inbound delivery to its booking slot.
- General office and warehouse administration duties.
- Pick customer orders from location.
- Load and unload vehicles.
- Take responsibility for colleagues and your own health and safety.
- Physically move stock to resolve any issues related to stock.
Qualifications
- Experience of working within a warehouse environment – either as an operative or administrator.
- Ability to safely handle and move heavy items.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Systems, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Organised and able to influence and coordinate workloads and priorities.
