37.5 hours per week, on a 5/6 Rota
Working hours: 22:00 - 06:00
£12.71 per hour plus £1.42 per hour extra when undertaking shunting responsibilities. Full, valid Driving Licence required for occasional shunting tasks. Overtime and extra shifts are available during peak trading times paid at time and a half. 7th shift paid at double time.

We store and deliver large, heavy and bulky items in pristine condition—items that typically need two attentive people to handle. Quite often these items need installing for our customers, which we also do!
Your role will include:
- Picking customers' orders from location
- Accurately loading and unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles
- Checking paperwork is completed correctly
- Safely moving and correctly categorising customer items within the warehouse
- Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Working as a team
- Safely using ArrowXL technical equipment
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
- Representing ArrowXL to the highest standard

- Experience working in a similar, fast-paced operational environment
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritise Health and Safety for yourself and your colleagues
- Confidence to work with computer systems (specific system training will be provided)
