As part of our Transport team, you’ll deliver and sometimes install items such as fridges, TVs, and furniture. It’s a hands-on role that requires care and a determined attitude. In return, you’ll be welcomed into the ArrowXL family, where your hard work is truly valued.

Key Tasks:
- Take full accountability for your vehicle while representing ArrowXL and our brand to the highest standards
- Deliver customer products with your colleague, ensuring all items and packaging are undamaged
- Deliver orders directly to the customers room of choice
- Assemble and/or install customer products (full training provided for installation services)
- Keep customers informed throughout the delivery process, working as a team to ensure clear communication
- Address and resolve any customer questions or concerns that may arise during delivery
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- First-class communication and customer service skills
- A valid licence to drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle
- Completed Driver CPC training
- Possession of a digital tachograph card
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Willingness to undergo a mandatory DBS criminal record check
