Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy Airdrie operation on the AM shift. Leading a small, close-knit team of up to five Warehouse Operatives , you'll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, our delivery crews leave on time, and our customers receive the exceptional service we're known for.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their leadership career.

What You'll Be Doing As Warehouse Team Leader, you'll take ownership of your designated warehouse area and ensure your team consistently delivers against operational, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include: Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve performance, attendance and behavioural standards.

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking and loading activities.

Drive operational performance and KPI achievement through effective planning, prioritisation and communication.

Maintain stock accuracy, product quality and operational administration across all warehouse processes.

Ensure a safe, clean and compliant working environment by upholding Health & Safety, housekeeping and company procedures.

Promote continuous improvement and collaboration by identifying efficiencies and building strong relationships across the operation.
