We store and deliver large, heavy and bulky items in pristine condition—items that typically need two attentive people to handle. Quite often these items need installing for our customers, which we also do! We’re on the lookout for dedicated, friendly drivers who love being out on the road, meeting new people, and making every delivery count.

As part of our Transport team, you’ll be delivering and sometimes installing items like fridges, TVs, and furniture. It’s a hands-on role that requires care and a determined attitude. What’s on offer?
- £12.85 per hour
- 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:45
- Job and Finish: complete your route early and still get paid until the end of your shift
- Overtime and extra shifts available, paid at time and a half
- Delivery bonus: earn 55p per drop for every delivery over 140 per week
- Free onsite Driver CPC training (JAUPT-accredited), saving you over £200 a year
Key Tasks
- Take full accountability for your vehicle while representing ArrowXL and our brand to the highest standards
- Deliver customer products with your colleague, ensuring all items and packaging are free from damage
- Deliver orders directly to the customer’s room of choice
- Assemble and/or install customer products (full training provided for installation services)
- Keep customers informed throughout the delivery process, working as a team to ensure clear communication
- Address and resolve any customer questions or concerns that may arise during delivery
Required Qualifications & Experience
- First-class communication and customer service skills
- A valid licence to drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle
- Completed Driver CPC training
- Possession of a digital tachograph card
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Willingness to undergo a mandatory DBS criminal record check
