Arrow Vale are looking to appoint an Inclusion Administrator supporting both our SEN (Special Educational Needs) and Student Support Teams. We require a friendly, professional, hardworking individual whose role will include:
- Answering routine telephone calls and emails, face-to-face enquiries
- Providing clerical support e.g. photocopying, filing, e-mailing
- Maintaining manual and computerised records/management information systems
The successful candidate will have exceptional ICT skills together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines while remaining composed under pressure. Experience of working in a busy office, especially within the school sector is desirable but not essential.
