Asa result of continuing growth in student numbers, as well as offeringincreasing levels of external school to school support, we are seeking to appointan experienced leader to enhance our Senior Leadership capacity.
This is an extremelyexciting time to join a highly motivated and successful team. As a school we achieved'Outstanding' in all categories in 2014, 2018 and have maintained this standardin our most recent inspection in 2024. As part of the Central Region Schools Trust, we work closely with anumber of other local schools providing seamless education for all students age3-19.
You will have proven qualities in both teaching and leadership,with the drive and ambition to complement the skill-set of the leadershipteam. This is an exciting opportunityfor a professional with Middle Leadership experience. As a previouslydesignated National TeachingSchool, leading on staff development and initial teacher training, we offer clear opportunities for personal and professional development. You will share inthe ethos of Arrow Vale and have the necessary desire and commitment tocontribute to our continued improvement.
