With our continued growth and mission focus, we are looking to add a Client Success Manager for the Boston region. This position will be FULLY remote, but we would ideally prefer someone local to this region.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Salesperson to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales individual is to reach out to potential clients through cold calling and follow-ups, presenting our security guard services, and scheduling appointments for our outside sales team or BDMs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Essential Job Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our security guard services.
- Utilize provided databases (Zoom Info and HubSpot) and conduct research to identify relevant leads and potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.
- Schedule appointments for the outside sales team with interested prospects.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, services, and competitors to effectively convey our value proposition.
Position Requirements
- 5 or more years of sales experience
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., Excel and Word).
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience in the security industry is a plus.
- Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to identify and communicate effectively with decision makers.

Compensation: $75,000 – $80,000 annually + commission.
