- Coordinate inbound stock volumes with key stakeholders to ensure safe, controlled and efficient receipt and storage.
- Personally carry out stock checks and confirmation of quantities for all items entering Brooklands, ensuring every item is logged, labelled and fully traceable within the checkroom systems.
- Act as the single onsite point of accountability for move in delivery, progress, risks and issues during the move in phase.
- Receive, unload, check, label and store stock with care and precision, ensuring all movements are fully traceable.
- Support the development and embedding of SOPs and effective move‑in processes.

- Line‑manage and coach a Stock Control & Warehouse Operative during the move‑in phase.
- Ensure all activity complies with health & safety legislation and company policies.
What You’ll Bring
