Vinyl Wrap and Graphics Specialist in Woking

As a Specialist in Vinyl Wrap and Graphics, you will combine expertise in graphics and artwork management, technical execution, quality governance, production control, digital technology leadership and inventory management to help deliver visually stunning, technically robust and commercially impactful Formula One liveries, branding assets and sponsor graphics.

What You'll Do

• Own quality standards, operating procedures and final sign-off processes for liveries, vinyl, decals, specialist films and finished branding applications.
• Plan and coordinate branding production for race, test, heritage and show car programmes, aligning delivery with fixed deadlines and changing commercial priorities.
• Coordinate and oversee the creation, review and approval of livery graphics, sponsor branding and artwork, ensuring designs are visually impactful, technically manufacturable and aligned with brand guidelines, commercial objectives and vehicle application requirements.
• Control race branding packs and digital assets from artwork release through production, installation support and final livery approval, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Manage materials and consumables, working with Procurement and suppliers to improve availability, cost control, quality and stock visibility.
• Lead digital innovation and continuous improvement, including 3D visualisation, AR-guided application, AI-assisted workflows and future workshop development.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Experience of digital production technologies, such as 3D modelling, digital asset management, AR, AI-assisted workflows or emerging livery solutions, would be beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of surface quality standards, livery application and high-quality brand execution.
• Experience implementing process controls, operating procedures, quality systems and sign-off methods.
• The ability to plan production, manage competing priorities and deliver against fixed deadlines in a fast-paced technical environment.
• An understanding of inventory management, consumable planning, supplier coordination and material traceability.
