What You’ll Do
- Integrate quickly into the team to support daily procurement operations.
- Take ownership of tasks and projects, working both independently and collaboratively with guidance from senior team members.
- Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and procedures.
- Contribute to sourcing activities, supplier communications and data analysis.
- Assist with documentation and reporting aligned with cost cap compliance.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ensure procurement activity supports the operational performance and strategic needs of McLaren Racing.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of procurement, commercial and contractual fundamentals, including NDAs, terms & conditions and supplier agreements.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in high-performance environments.
- Previous indirect procurement experience is advantageous.
- Skills in strategic sourcing, contract management and supplier relationship management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities, able to partner effectively across diverse business functions.
