Composite Assembly Technician - Night-Shift in Woking

As an Composite Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in the build and assembly of Formula One cars, working across multiple functions to manufacture car sub-assemblies, individual vehicle components and associated support equipment within our composites facility.

What You'll Do

• Build and assemble Formula One car sub-assemblies, main car components and associated support equipment.
• Trim and assemble carbon fibre components in line with engineering drawings and specific instruction sheets.
• Inspect completed components to ensure they meet the required quality and engineering standards.
• Complete the initial assembly of new car parts, service items returning from races and tests, and prepare components for NDT inspection.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities while following company health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Experience of trimming and assembling carbon fibre components.
• The ability to read and work accurately from engineering drawings and instruction sheets.
• A practical engineering background with strong hands-on assembly skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver quality work under tight timescales.
• Basic PC literacy and clear communication skills.
