The Role
As a Specialist, Brand Experience & Heritage, you’ll take ownership of delivering premium global brand experiences and events that engage executives, partners, VIPs and fans. Acting as a senior delivery lead, you’ll manage multiple complex projects end‑to‑end, translating strategy into high‑quality execution. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability, challenging the status quo, evolving experiences and driving commercial opportunity. Working closely with internal teams and partners, including McLaren Automotive, you’ll ensure a consistent, world‑class brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent events, ensuring delivery to scope, timeline and budget.
- Act as a senior delivery lead, managing complexity, risk and key decisions across stakeholders.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, partners, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Own project budgets, track spend and identify efficiencies while protecting guest experience.
- Manage event governance, including documentation, schedules, and critical path planning.
- Lead on‑site delivery, overseeing teams, suppliers and maintaining a calm, controlled environment.
- Coordinate logistics, assets, production and international event requirements.
- Embed sustainable practices across projects and deliver post‑event reporting and insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation and future programme development, supporting junior team members where required.
About You
- Proven experience delivering complex events or brand experiences within premium sectors (e.g. sport, automotive, luxury, entertainment).
- Strong budget management and commercial awareness.
- Confident leading on‑site delivery and making decisions under pressure.
- Highly organised, detail‑driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communicator with experience producing professional client‑facing materials.
- Experience translating brand strategy into high‑quality guest experiences.
- Comfortable working independently with high accountability.
- Experience using event data and insights to improve future delivery.
Desirable
- Experience in motorsport, automotive or global sports events.
- International event delivery and supplier management.
- Knowledge of sustainable event practices.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
- Familiarity with project or task management tools.

- Hybrid office-based with regular UK and international travel.
