McLaren Racing is seeking an Aero Process & Optimisation Engineer to enhance the way aerodynamic performance is delivered to the race car. You will analyse workflows, implement data-driven improvements, and collaborate with Aero Development, CFD, Design, Manufacturing and Wind Tunnel Operations to keep processes as competitive as the car on track.
You’ll develop insights using Excel, Power BI and reporting tools, explore automation, and drive improvements across the aerodynamic development cycle.
