Arrow McLaren is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Partnerships Intern to join our team for the spring of 2027 (March โ May). This isn't just a desk job; you will be at the heart of the "Month of May," getting a behind-the-scenes look at how a world-class racing team operates during the biggest spectacle in racing.
As an intern, you will play a key role in bringing Indy 500 partnerships to life while gaining invaluable experience in sports marketing, high-stakes event activation, and professional relationship management.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of partner events, hospitality suites, and garage tours during the Month of May
- Support the partnerships team in managing day-to-day communications with world-class brands to ensure all sponsorship deliverables are met
- Assist with the logistics of partner assets, including branded merchandise, credentials and VIP experiences
- Support the sales team by researching potential new partners and industry trends within the motorsports landscape
- Support the development and maintenance of partner-related materials, including presentations, proposal and recaps
- Support partnerships department with Salesforce CRM Sales updates
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, communications and operations to ensure successful partnership fulfillment
- Attend client meetings with department representatives as requested
- Attend and participate in weekly departmental marketing meetings as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Partnerships team including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and maintaining records

Qualifications
- Must be able to receive college credit. Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or Business program
- Ability to work office hours during the week in addition to extended hours during the Month of May (including weekends)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
