Basic Salary up to £28k per year plus company benefits. Office-based role from our Scotland location.

Our products include commercial and industrial roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, hinged doors, high-speed doors, traffic doors, fire shutters/smoke curtains, and other types of automatic gates and barriers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to engineers, ensuring customers are kept fully informed at all times.
  • Respond to enquiries and manage activities such as surveys, quotations, orders, purchasing, scheduling engineer visits, and invoicing.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, supporting the RBC in achieving business targets and goals.
  • Maintain office systems, including effective data management and filing.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in planning or coordinating field-based service delivery.
  • A consistent record of reliability and commitment to professional development.
  • Excellent attention to detail in both numerical and written work.
  • Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and solution-focused with strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience using SAP Business One and/or BigChange Jobwatch software (advantageous).
  • Working knowledge of the industrial door industry (particularly beneficial).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a range of tasks effectively.
