Our Partner Management team work closely with our external suppliers and trusted Partners to ensure our customers are treated in line with our high standards and that business objectives are achieved. The Client Relations team convey to creditors the high quality of service that our internal and outsourced solutions offer.
Our teams works with high street creditors; financial investors; debt collection agencies; specialist financial service providers; legal firms; debt advice companies; regulatory bodies; and industry focus groups. We continuously improve our operational framework to remain at the forefront of our industry and consistently deliver great customer service and financial performance. We are involved onsite and offsite in conduct audits and performance reviews, we ensure processes and strategies are efficiently designed and properly implemented across all operational sites.

What do we look for?
All our roles involve some aspect of Relationship Management, Conduct Risk Management, and Performance Management. So you will need to be customer focussed, knowledgeable on financial regulations and commercially minded; you will need strong communications skills and attention to detail; it would be very beneficial if you were analytical or familiar with litigation or had a background in Supplier/Client Management. The pace of our business is fast and we need people who adapt quickly and can think on their feet.
