We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and entrepreneurial Origination / Acquisition Manager to join our growing London-based team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, developing, and advancing real-estate investment opportunities across targeted asset classes in the UK and Ireland. This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional with experience across multiple asset classes and a strong network of industry contacts. As an entrepreneurial self-starter, you will proactively identify and unlock investment opportunities, drive deal origination, and develop innovative approaches to creating deal flow.
You will work closely with the Origination Director and Investment team to support project underwriting, identify risks, and value creation opportunities, and contribute to shaping robust business plans prior to transaction.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with origination efforts across targeted sectors, geographies, and strategies.
- Source on and off market investment opportunities through direct relationships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, operators, intermediaries, lenders, advisors, and institutions.
- Identify thematic and strategic opportunities consistent with our investment mandate.
- Collaborate with the investment team on screening, structuring and execution.
- Provide commercial insight and market intelligence throughout diligence and negotiation, including supporting investment committee with origination rational and market context.
- Implement tracking, reporting, and performance metrics for deal flow.
- Degree-qualified in Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years PQE in Real Estate Investment or Transactions, ideally with exposure across multiple sectors.
- Demonstrable track record in sourcing, structuring, and closing real estate transactions.
- Strong and active network within relevant investment and industry ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial judgement and strategic thinking.
- Preferable experience working with private equity, investment funds, or equivalent structures.
- Excellent communication, reporting, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, and other relevant software.
