Arrow Global Group in London is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the IT & Change team. You will be the face of IT for the London office, delivering 1st and 2nd line support to around 200 colleagues on-site and ~400 across the business.
This hybrid role requires ~3 days per week in the London office with flexibility. Strong communication and customer service are as important as technical skills for this position.
