We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support across a variety of HR and People related activities such as, HR Administration, Pre-Employment Screening, Benefits and Payroll Administration.
This vacancy is for a maternity cover contract, finishing at the end of 2025. Day-to-Day:
- Maintain confidential employee and general files.
- Update and manage employee data on the HR System (Iris Cascade).
- Support the full employee life-cycle by producing accurate letters and processing movers, leavers, and joiners.
- Maintain all pre-employment screening and on boarding processes, populating and updating in our tracker and escalating any potential breaches.
- Populate and maintain the PES tracker.
- Assist with payroll processes, including adding new starters, checking documents, and ensuring accuracy.
- Administration for our core employee benefits.
What We’re Looking For:
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills – you will need to be incredibly accurate, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams towards key deliverables.
- Experience in a high-volume HR Administrative role, ideally within a similar, large professional services environment.
- Able to work both as a team as well as autonomously to complete your work.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and the MS suite – You will need to demonstrate advanced excel skills in this role such as: Creating visually appealing dashboards, maintaining and updating various trackers, VLOOK ups and formulas.
- Experience with HR systems would be beneficial, specifically IRIS Cascade, would be the most ideal.
Your Impact:
While this role involves following existing processes, your focus will be on ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
You’ll primarily interact with the People Services and Wider HR Team, with occasional interactions with managers and teams across the business, exchanging vital information to keep our HR processes running smoothly.
