About the role
As an Analyst in the Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for maintaining complex financial models to evaluate the portfolio, whilst also working closely with our twenty-three local platforms to produce comprehensive portfolio analysis and cash flow modelling to support strategic decision-making and drive performance at fund level.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct portfolio reviews, analyse performance trends, and key metrics to enhance fund performance and optimise operational improvements.
- Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario portfolio and cash flow modelling, to identify risks and opportunities.
- Evaluate market trends, economic indicators, and industry dynamics to assess their impact on investments.
- Share insights with the team to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Support quarterly investor reporting processes.
- Develop internal processes to drive efficiencies across the fund and group.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal policies throughout the investment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with Arrow’s local asset management teams, servicing platforms, and external partners to support due diligence and business plan preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address accounting, treasury, tax, legal, and compliance considerations.
Required skills and experience:
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in private credit, Lending, Real estate and/or loan servicing.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field preferred.
- Advanced analytical and modelling skills, with expertise in developing and reviewing cash flow forecasting models.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and sound judgement.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of investment decision-making processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with credit, lending, and real estate markets is essential.
