We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join the team in our warehouse in Wetherby. The team is built of 5 people. The job entails close liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Fulfilment and the Vendors we represent. Responsible for the day-to-day logistics of I.T. software and hardware equipment, you will be expected to work to tight deadlines and be capable of shouldering considerable responsibility.
What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?
- Work closely with Product Specialists, aligned vendor and partner contacts.
- Coordinate the dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the receipt of goods, verifying quantities and quality.
- Handle the process of returns and replacements (RMA), ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Oversee direct shipments to customers, tracking and ensuring delivery.
- Manage invoicing for software, services, and other non-physical products.
- Load / Unload shipments from couriers.
- Ensure products and quantities delivered match delivery notes and Purchase Orders.

What is in it For You?
- The company's standard hours of work are 9.00 am – 5.30 pm with one hour for lunch, however, due to the nature of this role flexibility will be required in order to meet the needs of the role.
