Join Arrow's Graduate Program Designed for the Next Generation of Innovators. We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee project plans.
  • Manage project tasks and resources according to the project plan and budget.
  • Track and report on project performance, status, and milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate them when necessary.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. The degree should not have been completed later than 2023 and the total experience should be up to 2 years maximum.
  • Strong Business English (if not English native speaker).
  • Strong interest and passion for project management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced (often remote) environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
