Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee project plans.
- Manage project tasks and resources according to the project plan and budget.
- Track and report on project performance, status, and milestones.
- Communicate effectively with project team members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate them when necessary.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. The degree should not have been completed later than 2023 and the total experience should be up to 2 years maximum.
- Strong Business English (if not English native speaker).
- Strong interest and passion for project management.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced (often remote) environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
