Role Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager within the Infrastructure Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong partner relationships, and expanding Arrow's market presence within the UK. Working closely with Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Vendor representatives, you will identify business opportunities, support partners in achieving their sales objectives, and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Arrow's broader business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring they receive strategic guidance, support with pipeline development, and up-to-date product and market insights. Additionally, you will represent Arrow ECS at customer meetings, partner events, and vendor engagements to strengthen collaboration and promote Arrow's value proposition.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identifying and acquiring new end-user customers for Citrix solutions across the UK by proactively targeting organizations with no existing relationship with Arrow.
  • Driving net-new Citrix revenue growth by creating and developing new business opportunities, aligned with Arrow's expanded responsibility for Citrix Service Providers and channel partners across the UK.
  • Leading the full sales cycle for new customers, providing solution positioning, commercial guidance, pricing strategy input, and market insights to progress opportunities.
  • Conducting regular pipeline and activity reviews to assess opportunity progression, forecast accuracy, and overall performance for new-logo accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key end-user stakeholders, as well as relevant vendors and internal teams supporting the sales process.
  • Coordinating regional sales activities and go-to-market initiatives focused on new-logo acquisition, including campaigns, events, and targeted outreach.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitive activity to identify whitespace opportunities and refine territory strategy.
  • Ensuring CRM accuracy and maintaining clear documentation for all new-logo opportunities, activities, and customer engagement.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar field-based sales role.
  • UK-based.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach.
  • Solid understanding of IT distribution, enterprise technology, or related solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage territory-level responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and commercially minded.
