What you'll do:
- Process global supply chain partner reviews, including restricted/denied parties list matches and due diligence verifications.
- Collect, review, and vet End Use Statements.
- Monitor and clear transactions day-to-day in line with applicable laws and regulations.
- Analyze transactional reports.
- Support the preparation and submission of government license applications and reports, with growing complexity as you gain experience.
- Respond to internal compliance requests.
- Classify commodities based on EU/US Dual-Use lists.
- Conduct and document due diligence for partners and transactions.
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics, Customs, or International Trade.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Business fluency in Italian and English.
- Fluency preferably in French, or another European language is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and general MS Office proficiency.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Self-starter, comfortable navigating challenging or ambiguous situations.
- Oracle experience.
- Background in customs, logistics, transportation, or HTS/tariff classification.
- Interest in the semiconductor industry and technical affinity.
