Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of the Arrow Electronics Group, provides IT professionals (service companies, editors and integrators) with global technological solutions associated with training and service offerings, in 5 main segments: servers, storage and virtualization, networks and security, infrastructure software and cloud solutions.

As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a NetApp technical administrator. The NetApp technical administrator is responsible for delivering proactive and preventive support on NetApp systems. The role requires a deep understanding of the company's offerings for NetApp managed Services and the NetApp portfolio. You will work closely with the Arrow technical Support team and our customers. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, with a passion for IT services and technologies and the ambition to grow.

What you will do:

  • Continuity of NetApp systems installed at our customers' premises and/or Cloud
  • Executing Central Deployment Services
  • Reporting activities on a monthly basis to our customers
  • Acting on system alerts/support tickets and/or customer (change) requests
  • Act as the technical contact person/advisor for our customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as engineering and support and NetApp support centre to provide a high-quality customer experience
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, technology trends and the NetApp Roadmap to enhance customer experience

Who we are looking for:

  • Education in ICT
  • At least 2 years of experience with similar responsibilities, focusing on data storage or managed services
  • Good knowledge of NetApp products and services, including data storage and data management solutions or willingness to learn through internal education/learning on the job
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or Google) is preferred
  • Knowledge of ITIL/AGILE is nice to have for future growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers
  • Ability to work independently and in an international team environment
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Fluent English
