The Converge Sales Team is hiring an Account Manager with a proven background in non-franchised electronic component distribution. This is a fully sales-driven, target-oriented role designed for professionals who understand the realities of the independent electronics market - including spot buying, allocation shortages, end-of-life components, and fast-moving demand. This position requires hands-on experience within independent distribution.

You will be responsible for acquiring new business, reactivating underpenetrated or neglected accounts, and growing strategic customer relationships across the UK region. You will act as a trusted commercial partner to customers who rely on alternative sourcing strategies and market intelligence. The position is fully remote and open to candidates based across the United Kingdom.

  • Develop pricing, quotations, and proposals aligned with independent market conditions.
  • Manage the full order-to-invoice lifecycle, ensuring speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market dynamics, pricing fluctuations, and availability in the global component market.
  • Represent Converge at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
