What You Will Do
- Independently manage end-to-end customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively driving sales within an assigned customer base
- Maximise margins, increase market share, and drive growth with key suppliers
- Leverage internal and external resources to support sales and customer success
- Handle quoting, order processing, demand fulfilment, and ensure on-time delivery
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, timely solutions for customers
- Serve as a key liaison between suppliers and customers to build long-term business partnerships
- Collaborate with Arrow Account Managers on selected key accounts

- Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
