What You Will Do

  • Independently manage end-to-end customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively driving sales within an assigned customer base
  • Maximise margins, increase market share, and drive growth with key suppliers
  • Leverage internal and external resources to support sales and customer success
  • Handle quoting, order processing, demand fulfilment, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, timely solutions for customers
  • Serve as a key liaison between suppliers and customers to build long-term business partnerships
  • Collaborate with Arrow Account Managers on selected key accounts
