The Test Technician will support operational and engineering activities within the Swindon site, focusing on associated logistics, electronics testing, and lab support activities. This is an entry‑level position suited to junior or early‑career candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Support stock handling and traceability of electronic products
- Undertake regular deliveries of electronic products to customer sites as required, including driving a company or rental van
- Perform functional and performance testing of electronic and power supply products
- Support engineering activities including product verification and validation testing
- Assist with end‑of‑line testing and production support activities
- Support basic troubleshooting and fault investigation of products and test setups
- Assist in maintaining and organising the electronics test laboratory and equipment
- Use standard test equipment such as digital multimeters and oscilloscopes
Candidate Requirements
- Full UK driving licence required
- Basic understanding of electronics or electrical engineering (education or practical experience)
