Converge Sales Team is looking for an Account Manager based either in Denmark, Sweden, or the UK. This role is sales-focused and target-driven. You will be responsible for securing new business, rebuilding underpenetrated and neglected relationships with other accounts, and maintaining an excellent level of customer service with current customers.

You will maintain Converge's market image by adhering to our quality and trade manifest, and remaining up to date on industry trends, market activities, and the competition. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be a part of a fun and diverse team.

What will you be doing at Converge?

  • Developing, managing, and creating the relationship between Converge and current customers
  • Identifying demand and supply opportunities with clients
  • Researching organizations and key stakeholders to find new opportunities
  • Developing quotes, proposals, and managing order to invoice process for clients
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar position in sales and/or business development within the electronics industry in the EMEA region
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
  • Interaction with high-level stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of the market and a good understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the customer
  • Effective communication and ability to influence people at all levels
  • Prospecting and presentation skills
  • An enthusiastic, positive, and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Bachelor's degree and/or highly successful sales experience in the electronic component sales field
  • Fluency in English and Danish OR Swedish
